2020: The presentation of wireless speakers with Extra Bass technology

On May 12, 2020 the Sony company announced updating of a line of wireless speakers with support of EXTRA BASS technology, having provided SRS-XB43, SRS-XB33 and SRS-XB23 models.

Loudspeaker X-Balance

Recently developed loudspeaker of Sony X-Balanced provides high quality of a sound and powerful sound pressure for achievement of richer, deep and pleasant sounding. Not circular form of the device increases the area of the diaphragm increasing sound pressure for creation of more saturated basses. It also promotes reduction of the course of the diffuser when preserving the same sound pressure that allows to reduce distortions. In particular, the sound pressure level on SRS-XB33 increased approximately by 30%, at the same time the level of distortions is reduced approximately by 25% in comparison with the previous model (SRS-XB32).

Unlike the circular aperture in traditional constructions, in the loudspeaker X-Balanced which is installed on XB43 model almost squared diffuser is used. The double-band loudspeaker combines a big head for reproduction of low and mid frequencies and special twitter for high frequencies. All this allows to achieve a powerful sound, with a net and deep bass and exclusive clearness and legibility of a vocal.

Loudspeakers X-In Balanced XB33 and XB23 models are equipped with diffusers of not round form with the displaced, asymmetrical design. Such solution allows to increase the size of a diaphragm and to create more high sound pressure, at the same time saving the compact sizes of the loudspeaker.

The strong and easy MRC diffuser with a dust cap promote sound quality improvement.

Side passive radiators

In all three models configuration of side passive radiators for achievement of more net bass was also optimized.

LIVE SOUND mode

Thanks to the mode of volume sounding of LIVE SOUND the sound at a party will become such as though it passed directly at the concert venue.

Steady against moisture, dust and rust

The provided models have a class of protection IP67 therefore the column can be on the beach, in the forest or in the desert. Columns are steady even against a salt water therefore they can be taken them at the sea.

Durability

Wireless speakers passed comprehensive tests for shock resistance and thanks to rugged construction bear blows, falling, jolting and the scratches inevitable at daily use. Now even in case of careless handling, for example, if the column falls, the equipment will continue to work.

Son of lumiere

The provided columns of Sony are equipped with multi-color illumination of the body, twitter and the main loudspeaker.

Mobile applications of Fiestable and Sony|Music Centre

It is possible to use free mobile application of Fiestable for reconstruction of the pleasant club atmosphere directly on the smartphone. It is possible to configure a column that fires were lit in a clock period to music, to change color or just to switch off illumination.

Moreover, it is possible to manage a column directly from a dance floor using free mobile application 'Sony|Music Centre'.

Party Connect

Thanks to the Party Connect function through Bluetooth it is possible to connect up to one hundred compatible wireless speakers for music synchronization and lighting that all could dance under the same rhythm.

Form factor

The line of columns is issued in a wide color range with the updated design which will become fine addition for any space. Compact, easy and convenient for carrying, column XB23 ideally is located in a pocket of a backpack or in a coaster of a marching chair. Thanks to its convenient thong it is possible to be led anywhere.

USB-Type-C connector

Now it is possible to load columns via the USB-Type-C connector.

Operating time from the accumulator and a connectivity

Thanks to what column operating time from the accumulator is till 24 o'clock the party can continue all night long. Besides, it is possible to connect the smartphone via the USB connector Type-A for charging of its accumulator that phone continued to work during all party.
