Confirmation of compatibility with EDC
On December 8, 2022, NPO SNGS LLC announced that it had received a certificate of compatibility between the Unofactor digital platform and the RED OS operating system manufactured by Red Soft LLC. With this certificate, both companies have confirmed the compatibility and correctness of the Unofactor digital platform with the Red OS operating system.
Cooperation with Red Software and the implementation of a joint project to integrate the two systems took place largely thanks to the Association of Software Product Developers (ARPP) "Domestic Software," which in 2022 included Soyuzneftegazservice. The Association has identified the main emphasis in the development of domestic IT products - import substitution, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, information security, telecommunications, support for the export of domestic software, assistance to companies in attracting funding, as well as the promotion of Russian software in education. NGO SNGS actively participates in the work of the Committee for the Integration of Russian Software, which was created as part of the ARPP to develop joint projects of the members of the association. One of the goals of the Committee is to promote the growth of partnerships between Russian developers in the field of achieving compatibility of their products and joint presentation of complex solutions.
NPO SNGS LLC and other oilgas companies are successfully working on joint projects, developing innovative digital technologies in the oil and gas industry and interaction on issues of scientific and technical cooperation. A number of strategic tests of the Unofactor digital platform were carried out. In 2022, the digital drilling aggregator on the Unofactor platform was tested for functionality in the laboratories of leading oil and gas companies. Tests in customer laboratories were conducted for an average of 60 working days with the participation of several experts and the introduction of a test protocol. Based on the results, a conclusion was prepared. Functionality verification for compliance with customer requirements was carried out on the basis data formed by production units in accordance with testing scenarios. Experts noted that the interface of the Aggregator is "intuitive and easy to perceive," and the tested solution as a whole is "a deeper and meaningful development of the direction of well timing analytics constructions , which may potentially be in demand by the supervisory services in the formation of reporting."
The software product has a clear and clear interface, logical division into modules and allows you to aggregate data to store them in a structured form, as the database is full, which indicates a transition to a big data system. In this case, the analytics algorithms laid down in the software will allow you to receive not only local statistical reports, but also high-quality analytical certificates. Inclusion in the register of domestic software
The Unofactor digital platform is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases. Soyuzneftegazservice (SNGS) announced this on August 10, 2022.
Since 2022, inclusion in the Register is a conscious need for most Russian software companies. In March 2022, taking into account the economic situation in Russia, the course for import substitution of foreign software was declared domestic. The relevant documentation for inclusion in the Unified Register was submitted by NPO SNGS LLC in mid-May 2022 to the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The main class of software is information systems for solving specific industry tasks. The register is a public electronic software accounting system that is officially recognized as originating from the Russian Federation for use primarily by government agencies.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the User Manual of the Unofactor platform and the Description of key processes that ensure the maintenance of the life cycle of the Unofactor platform (links) were posted on the website of NPO SNGS LLC and the Unofactor microservice digital platform (links). Soyuzneftegazservice attaches great importance to the inclusion of the platform in the Register, as this emphasizes the status of domestic software, which includes a microservice platform.
2021: Description of the Unofactor system
The Russian Unofactor system is based on the technology of high-performance inter-service software and hardware convergence in the field of subsoil use. Any technology solution involved in this system, of Russian or foreign origin, complements and expands the capabilities of other technologies used, while ensuring full compatibility and scalability at any level of sharing.
According to the developers, the Unofactor/Unofactor oil and gas field interactive lifecycle management system significantly (to an uncritical level) reduces the existing dependence of Russian oil and gas companies on imported technologies and software. The reduction of such technological dependence occurs due to the use of Russian software products and data exchange/transfer standards opened for control by the customer between any software products used in the Unofactor/Unofactor system, which practically eliminates monopoly dependence on the software supplier and makes it easy to replace any system component. Unofactor/Unofactor can also work with any modern imported software products, if the latest updated specialized permissions in the field of crypto protection are available.
Unofactor/Unofactor also makes it possible to optimize the work of all divisions of oil and gas companies due to such qualities as versatility, scalability, compactness, mobility and efficiency. The system quality data allows to increase the speed of business processes in the oil and gas enterprise. The use of open international standards makes it possible to combine domestic and foreign stations of geological and technological research into a single technology.
2020: Development of the software component of the Digital Core software interface with the participation of the Unofactor platform
The team of technical specialists of LLC NPO Soyuzneftegazservice has developed and implemented an innovative software component for interfacing specialized software "Digital Core" with the participation of the digital platform "Unofactor." The corresponding certificate of state registration of the computer program was received on September 29, 2020.
The development of the software component was carried out jointly with the Institute of Applied Mathematics named after M.V. Keldysh (IPM RAS). For the successful implementation of the project, applied scientific research (PNI) was carried out on the topic "Development of integrated supercomputer technologies for the creation and analysis of multi-scale digital counterparts of oil and gas fields using the virtual core laboratory technology." The purpose of the ICP was to create an integrated complex of supercomputer technologies and their software implementation for creating, analyzing and maintaining the integrity of doubles of oil and gas fields using digital core technology.
The project itself was implemented in 2019. Its main tasks were:
- development of computational algorithms and mathematical models to describe single-phase gas currents and two-phase hydrocarbon currents on the scale of a core microparticle with direct resolution of the pore space structure using a quasi-hydrodynamic approach;
- development of a mathematical model of the stressed-deformed state of core micro-samples with a direct resolution of the structure of the pore space taking into account temperature effects,
- patent research to search for and analyze patents reflecting the global level of development on the project topic,
- Preparing to deploy developed software components in the Unofactor cloud.
