Spring: failsafe server complexes

Specialists of Rodnik company presented in the spring of 2016 high-performance failsafe hardware solutions for ensuring permanent high availability to continuously working applications.

As noted, the failsafe Spring complexes on self-produced servers are used in the financial sector, industrial production and security systems where any, even short idle times in operation of the information equipment can lead to a number of negative effects, including to material losses.

The hardware Spring complexes consist of two identical servers with own disk space and the set failsafe software from Stratus company. In case of refusal or failure of any of them all applications in virtual environment continue to be run on other server without any breaks for users. All data remain on a mirror disk of other node, told in the company.

The solution provides control of two servers as a single system. Thus only one copy of the application software is required. Thanks to it installation, a configuration and management of an information system becomes simpler, claim in Spring.

The scaling option of a system and selection of a configuration according to needs of the customer allow to apply the failsafe systems from Spring to the solution of any tasks where the high level of fault tolerance is required, claim in the company.

The failsafe Spring complexes are issued based on processors Intel and use OS Windows Server and Linux. New products are provided in three different series.
