2016: The release of the version of the AIS "Manager" is released

On December 22, 2016 the press service of Stankoservice company announced release of the version of a system which contains a number of change and addition in program and the hardware. Among the main - protocols of direct connection to CNC machines, a powerful analytical subsystem.

Any IIoT-solution should be flexible and dynamic, quickly adapt to new trends and requests of consumers. Therefore improvement of our monitoring system is a continuous process. We decided that time in three-four months will leave its updating. First of all, of course, we proceed from wishes of users, we also watch competitors and we consider own forecasts of development of the industry.

The main objective of this release - to increase data acquisition due to direct connection to CNC machines and to add strong analytical support. In a system there were sections "Dynamic analytics", "Static reports", the designer on creation and setup of rules of calculation of KPIs (key performance indicators). Now the user will be able to obtain information on idle times of the machine, its work - a system itself will calculate load factor. It is possible to configure KPI independently.

Changes affected reliability of system operation, the interface, administrative support of the AIS, etc.

2015: Description of the AIS "Manager"

The AIS Manager is technology of monitoring of operation of the equipment of CNC machines and a general purpose equipment.

A system makes the analysis and classification of the reasons of equipment downtime, controls onto energy consumption of the equipment, informs shop services of the enterprise on equipment downtime, creates reports, etc.

"Manager" - a complex of the patented equipment rooms and software tools for continuous monitoring and control of industrial equipment in real time and processings of its results.

The creation purpose - increase in efficiency of technology equipment, performance improvement of work and cost reduction on industrial enterprises.

The customer - the industrial enterprises of Russia and the CIS operating CNC machines, automatic transfer lines and other technology equipment.

The system of the AIS "Manager" by means of operational data collection and calculation of key performance indicators of the KPI (KPI) increases efficiency of technology equipment, increases labor productivity, allows heads of the different enterprise level to make the correct management decisions and to analyze economic effect of their implementation.

Software complex

The software package of the AIS "Manager" works based on the MS SQL Server 2008 R2B and consists of a server part of the AIS "Manager" and a client part of the AIS "Manager".

The server of the AIS "Manager" is installed on the computer, works as service, being in one local area network with information acquisition devices and "the Client of the AIS "Manager"" is intended for the data collection and processing arriving from these devices and also for providing data access to a software module.

The client of the AIS "Manager" (basic packet) is established on the computer of the operator after deployment and setup of the server and is intended for data mapping of monitoring, creation of analytics, maintaining reference books and production magazines.

Modules of the AIS "Manager" are installed on the computer of the operator after setup servers and installations of a basic packet in addition and are intended for the solution of specific tasks of the client.
