CineSoft, the developer of the Cerebro media project management system, announced in May 2016 the launch of the Staya project in the field of personnel automation.
Staya is a recruiting IT platform that optimizes the work of HR specialists, reducing the time and resources to find optimal candidates. The main feature of the new platform is the ability to accurately target the search according to four criteria: industry, professional field, work format (in the office/remotely) and location.
Staya builds a partner network with specialized sites, including educational resources, media, tutorials and other sites whose visitors are interested in finding high-quality job offers, the company said. By publishing a job advertisement on one resource, HR managers and recruiting agencies automatically go to many target platforms at once and gain access to an audience potentially interested in this offer.
"Staya should shake up the HR market. Now we are focused on creative professions and 25 + sites associated with them, very soon we will radically expand the number of industries and partner sites, "said Konstantin Kharitonov, CEO and co-founder of CineSoft. "To help find the ideal candidate in a short time - this is the task we set ourselves, launching this direction."
Thanks to the Staya service, employers are able to reach a wide target audience in a minimal time, not limited to targeted "headhunting" resources, but going to the sites visited by their potential candidates. The cost of placing the first vacancy is 100 rubles.
According to CineSoft representatives, Staya partners need to take two actions to participate in the project: place a widget on sites and create a page with vacancies. Further, all information about new vacancies that are interesting to this particular site will be automatically accumulated in the new section. The widget and page can be adapted to the design of the target site. Also, using CineSoft technology, all fresh vacancies can be automatically posted on partner pages on social networks.
60% of the income from publishing vacancies goes to partner platforms. The funds are distributed between them depending on the number of views and responses to the vacancy, the company explained.
