2026: Commissioning

LLC Davydovo Tire Company created and commissioned the first Russian automatic Studmatic tire studding machine. The production line is located in the Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban district of the Moscow region. This was announced on January 22, 2026 by the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

The equipment is designed for mass production of winter tires with spikes. The quality of processing fully corresponds to the level of advanced foreign samples. The daily capacity of the installation reaches about 850 tires.

The production of the first domestic tire studding machines was launched in Russia

The equipment software contains over 1 thousand algorithms for installing spikes without restrictions on their number per tire. Automation of the process eliminates the human factor during the installation of fastening elements. The variety of programs allows you to process various bus sizes and models.

The flexibility of the settings provides customization for specific customer requirements. Various stud arrangements are optimized for operating conditions. The northern regions require a more aggressive protector. The temperate climate allows for a lower stud density.

The plant carries out professional installation of spikes on a wide range of tires. Wheels for cars, trucks, transport special equipment are processed. Diversification of the product portfolio reduces dependence on one market segment.

Passenger tires form the bulk of orders from private car owners. Cargo tires are required by logistics companies and carriers. Special equipment includes construction machines, agricultural machinery, communal transport.

The company produces restored truck tires using tread welding technology. The restoration extends the service life of expensive cargo wheels. Savings for transportation companies reach 40-50% of the cost of new products. The environmental effect is expressed in the reduction of waste.

The navarka technology involves removing the worn tread and applying a new layer of rubber. The carcass of the tire retains its strength characteristics after recovery. The number of navel cycles depends on the state of the base. The high-quality frame can withstand three to four recoveries.[1]
