SunVizion Network Inventory is the software for inventory of network resources with storage functions and information managements about physical and logical network infrastructure. The program has a broad spectrum of tools which help to simplify management of operation of network, to reduce temporary and financial resources for design of new networks, to manage different types of connections, and always to have near at hand the complete information about arrangement of both physical, and logical resources of network: cables, panels, physical ports of devices, placement of maps in slots, equipment items in racks, positions of racks on the plan of the platform, logical links between devices.

SunVizion Network Inventory - scaled, checked by users the solution for inventory of network resources. A system allows to store all information on physical and logical network infrastructure, its configuration, the status and functionality, and also helps to manage this information. The software package not only stores network information, but also offers intellectual opportunities for management, providing growth of efficiency of business processes in telecommunications: design and scaling of networks, sale, delivery and ensuring services, management of errors, service of network.

Inventory in buildings

The system of inventory in buildings - the advanced application developed for accounting and control of devices and components of communication networks. A system allows to present in the hierarchical form and to visualize network elements and their parameters, for example, the amplifier in a cabinet, splays in the cable mine, the room in the building, etc.

The system of inventory in buildings is delivered with library of the most widespread devices used for different types of networks and network technologies including fiber-optical to network, coaxial, copper and radio lines, SDH, PDH, IP, WDM, GSM, UMTS, CDMA, HSPA, LTE, WiMAX and others. A system provides:

  • Evident display of arrangement of terminal service points taking into account structure of the building (the apartment and the room);
  • Placement and connection of network elements (characters) located in the building;
  • A possibility of simple replication of segments of networks in buildings (ladders, floors, apartments, rooms, cable mines).

Type at the level of the shelf

  • Representation of the place of objects in network infrastructure (the amplifier in a cabinet, splays-cartridges in a cable channel, premises in the building);
  • Advanced function of visualization integrates logical and physical subsystems of network.

Type at the level of the equipment

The schedule system and design of networks was created for support of activity of operators of cable networks and service providers of Triple Play on expansion of networks. A system allows to lower considerably time and design costs, the analysis and deployment of new networks. The solution for planning - organic development of a system of inventory is also completely integrated with it. Import of information between systems is automatic therefore planning is always performed on bases of up-to-date information about a current status of networks.

This solution allows to model services according to the recommendations of TM Forum therefore operators I can consider all aspects and parameters of services (both from the point of view of subscribers, and in terms of the equipment). The system of inventory of services is equipped with the web interface providing integration with other systems, in particular with CRM, the system of inventory of resources and workflow.

Physical resources

  • A system performs check, whether perhaps deployment of service in the set point or area;
  • Registration of the services sold to users and freezing of the network resources required on ensuring these services;
  • Ensuring the technical parameters required in activation process of services.

Inventory of physical resources

The system of inventory of physical resources is used for collecting, processing and ensuring access to information on physical resources of network. Data integration about resources in and out of buildings allows to store information on infrastructure (buildings, premises, the equipment indoors, cable passages, cable channels and mines, wells, cabinets, support, cables, etc.) and its physical use (arrangement of panels in a cabinet, placement of cables on support, the physical ports of devices used for connection of cables).

Inventory of logical resources The system of inventory of logical resources allows to manage information on connections and the relations between different types of connections. A system considers functionality of devices, frequency range, communications with other physical and logical resources and also allows to document selection of bandwidth in telecommunication network and to monitor communications between logic and physical gates.

Features of release of SunVizion Network Inventory 14.1

  • The last release of system 14.1 is complemented with the unique features allowing to perform planning of FTTH networks (Fiber to the Home) – dragged to the house. Advanced algorithms of design at cable laying consider all features of the existing infrastructure, topography of network. In addition, the software allows to pick up the optimal equipment according to restriction of the budget and rent costs of infrastructure of third-party providers.
  • The web system interface provides a number of useful functions, such as viewing a configuration of devices, viewing and change of slots, search of the services connected with this network resource, check of a possibility of logical connections and selection of resources for their needs, editing parameters of network devices now.
