"Svyazcom.IVR Portal" is the complete solution as a part of which both the software, and constantly updated content is provided to the customer.
The IVR portal offers subscribers two methods of obtaining information and entertaining messages:
- At a call on the voice numbers used within service.
- SMS subscription.
For a SMS subscription the subscriber is enough to call on number of the voice menu, to select the section interesting him and to confirm the decision. "Svyazcom.IVR Portal" will send daily automatically to the subscriber of SMS c new content from the selected category. Number of the sections available to a subscription, beyond all bounds.
For convenience of subscribers entertaining information is provided in different languages: Russian and Kazakh. Preferable language is selected automatically from the centralized base of the operator.
On the portal the set of headings — more than 8 different subjects is available (jokes, recipes and another). If necessary the number of sections with ease increases or decreases.
The system administrator manages the IVR portal via the multifunction web interface: keeps track of dynamics of traffic, creates reports, edits subscriptions of subscribers, adds or deletes content. To facilitate creation and change of structure of the portal, in the web interface the designer of the IVR menu is available.
Statistics about work of the platform can be used afterwards for marketing researches. For transfer to external systems we provided export to the popular formats xls, csv and the flexible system of breakdown of reports: on minutes, hours, days and so forth.
Using new service based on Svyazcom.IVR Portal the mobile operator increases profit at the expense of additional traffic and increases loyalty of subscribers.
