Svyazcom.RealTime Balance

The product line of Svyazcom company was replenished in December, 2013 with a product – the SC.RealTime Balance platform.

This solution is designed to fix a problem of a billing delay at assessment of files. The SC.RealTime Balance platform allows to estimate the subscriber in real time, and assessment all types of traffic – to messaging are subject, to voice, data, VAS.

The product is relevant for those operators who have no prepaid-billing. Problems which this platform – a delay of assessment of own subscribers in roaming can solve, a delay of tariffing of subscribers at voice connections with high cost (an international/domestic long distance communication).

The platform is capable to create CDR files on all main events and also to process the entering TAP files for correction of last charges. The platform has the convenient WEB interface for administrators of the platform which allows to carry out all main works: administration, monitoring, statistics, search of ringing parts for the purpose of the solution of subscriber complaints, etc.).

Based on this platform it is possible to develop different IN services, such as – Black&White list, Roaming AutoCallBack, Virtual Number, Extra Balance, EndOfCall Notification, Auto Pay and many others.

The platform solution is constructed on components of HP, and has the most advanced stage of fault tolerance, all critical system modules are placed on n+1 the equipment. In case of a system exit out of operation, all traffic automatically makes a detour of the platform. In need of performance improvement, the platform can be expanded using installation of additional components.
