Sway

Sway is the application as a part of a packet of Microsoft Office, it is intended for creation of the web presentations and the websites, focused on users without profound technical knowledge. The application stores data in Microsoft Azure and is provided in a cloud of Microsoft.

On October 2, 2014 the Microsoft corporation announced filling of a packet of Office the Sway application. The product enters into group of applications on an equal basis with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.

Interface of the program

For October 2, 2014 the preliminary version available in a cloud form — in the form of the web application is released. Using a web application interface, the user can create the animation presentations, adding to slides of the image and video from OneDrive, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and from own devices.

Microsoft is going to release the local version of Sway for platforms Android and iOS. With their help users will be able to create the presentations on tablets and smartphones.

Using the program it is impossible to create difficult web pages. The presentations created with its help automatically adapt to screens of the different sizes. The presentations can borrow as all screen, representing a peculiar website or to take place in the form of a window in other resources. Content is stored in a cloud platform of Microsoft Azure.

During testing, the company is going to collect wishes of users to its work, to use them in preparation of final release of a product.
