Synes: Virtual concierge

The virtual concierge - a hardware and software system for event monitoring.

The solution "Virtual Concierge" is focused on use as a part of apartment houses and condominium.

On April 7, 2015 the Synes company provided the system of event monitoring "The virtual concierge" for apartment houses and^[1].

"The virtual concierge" no other than an intelligent system of video surveillance for apartment houses and the condominiums (C), it helps to ensure complex safety of the house, to prevent criminal actions and increases solvability of crimes in apartments, entrances, house adjoining territories.

A system provides an authorized access of residents to a videoarchive and the registered events, helping quickly (without watching video) to find answers to questions:

• Who scratched the car?
• Whether the child from school returned?
• In which hour did scavenge?
• Who pasted advertizing in the elevator?

The solution acts on the platform of web service of remote monitoring Kipod.

The recording device and analysts is placed directly on an object, in an apartment or private house. Network cameras, optionally - the workstation of the concierge/security guard and the loudspeaker are connected to the device.

Analog cameras of the on-door speakerphone and the elevator can be connected via the transformer (IP coder).

The solution provides a minimum load on a communication channel and has a possibility of independent operation. After recovery of the channel, an event are automatically synchronized with a cloud service. The solution with a distributed architecture will work with tens of cameras even on wireless link 3G.

Are available to the user:

• watching video in HD quality by means of the Internet browser,
• search of an event in a photo album and sending the link to the specific video fragment.

As a part of the solution:

• video detectors of protection of perimeter,
• recognizers of objects (person, car),
• fire detection sensors,
• image quality control system,
• the audiodetectors selecting shouts, a sound of the broken glass, loud sounds from the general noise.

"The virtual concierge" has the mobile application allowing to put and remove far off an object from protection, to watch video and the personnel of events, to receive notifications at identification of an object of alarm.

The solution provides the round-the-clock processing of disturbing events, can work according to the regulations including a call of police, sending messages to residents, transfer of a voice message on a public address system.

The subscription fee for use of a system for November 7, 2015 makes 200 rub a month for the apartment and 10 thousand rub/month in service payment "The virtual concierge" (optionally) for the house.
