The video analytics complex Tsefey is developed for ensuring protection and security of large, strategically important objects: borders, objects of energy industry, correctional facility and others, the requiring special control, organizations.
Tsefey distinguishes automatically dangerous situations in the streaming video arriving from surveillance cameras. At emergence of a problem, he transfers the message to the receiver and the set mobile devices, performing at the same time documentary record of video and minutes of events.
Thus, the complex gives the chance not only to raise the overall level of security, but also to reduce risk of emergence of emergency situations many times.

Push-notifications on mobile devices: application in the field of security
Recently mobile notifications became a part of our life also, as well as mobile devices. But if until recently they were only marketing means and even a bait for involvement of users of smartphones, then today push-notifications became an integral part of functionality of many hardware and software systems. The Synes company successfully uses push-notifications for control by the user of system operation and also for informing on emergence of disturbing situations.
The event interesting us is transferred with other video data from the local server to a cloud server of Synes, and further – to servers of Apple or Google from where mailing on the corresponding mobile devices, by IOS or Android respectively is made. The information message contains the image with the selected disturbing frame and its graphic summary.
The technology of push-notifications allows to connect several video servers and several mobile phones / tablets to one cloud account. Besides, at notification settings versions of the cameras connected to the account are possible. It gives the chance of mailing of disturbing notifications by several methods, depending on users of a system. As an example we will take large enterprise: 1. the message about illegal penetration on the territory all security guards receive; 2. the message about shutdown of the Internet or will get a job of one of cameras on an object only the system administrator; 3. messages of any sort (both technical, and security character) are received by the director of security.

Besides, the application provides also time shutdown of notifications. The video analytics at the same time continues to operate normally, however disturbing messages will not come to the mobile device. One more advantage of the push-notifications coming to users of the security Tsefey complex is time synchronization: when finding the video camera and phone in different time zones, in the notification local time of the device and a difference of the camera will be specified over time. Use of the cloud video server also does not require setup of service of broadcast of the addresses (NAT) and the static IP address on the party of the video server and router. Summing up the result, we will note that the application on mailing of push-notifications from Synes works with wireless communication links of limited capacity, including 2G, 3G and LTE that, certainly, is extremely relevant for the Russian market.
