On October 10, 2019 the Skolkovo Foundation reported that his Synesis resident company created Fittonic fitness-application with Fittonic SDK packet based on computer vision. Using artificial intelligence and the camera of the smartphone professional athletes and fans will be able to discipline themselves during the occupations.

The Fittonic application in real time conducts calculation of repetitions of exercises, fixes errors in the equipment and makes recommendations. For the faultless analysis of actions of the user the artificial intelligence was trained by a team of professional fitness instructors. Using the smartphone camera the application fixes and traces body provision with an accuracy less than 1 inch (2.5 cm) and a delay less than 100 ms.

Fittonic is not just the application, and technology which we can offer, both to users, and third-party developers in the form of a set of development tools of Fittonic SDK. Developers can develop proprietary applications based on Fittonic SDK, or integrate technology into the products, told Ptitsyn Nikolay, the managing partner of Synesis

The application itself identifies exercise type – squat, push-up or pulling up. In Fittonic SDK base for October, 2019 more than 30 fitness exercises with the reference equipment and the most widespread errors. Replenishment of base the user exercises is possible. The application can use at office, at home or in the gym.

Fittonic is trained:

• conduct calculation of repetitions of exercises using the normal camera of the smartphone;
• point to errors in real time;
• prevent injuries, controlling correctness of accomplishment of exercises;
• motivate to complete a training;
• signal about injuries (falling, immobilization of the athlete).
