Systematics: The integration solution with service Taxcom-Docklines

The integration solution with service Taxcom-Docklines - is created for exchange of legally significant electronic invoices, other documents between partners, directly from the system interface of "SiTex ECM".

Functionality

• formation of documents in the SiTex ECM system, loading of documents from other sources;
• passing of all stages of approval along the predeterminated routes;
• signing of electronic documents electronic signature;
• sending documents to the partner and receiving legally significant confirmations of Taxcom Operator;
• storage in the system of history of actions with the document and confirmations of the Operator;
• obtaining documents from partners, sending confirmations, notifications on refining and if necessary resigning of documents;
• the invitation of partners to participation in electronic exchange of documents and adoption of invitations from them;
• formation of the Agreement on exchange of electronic documents with partners;
• synchronization of contacts about "Taxcom-Docklines".

The solution is implemented via the program interface "Taxcom-Docklines" and allows to perform all operations in the SiTex ECM system, without the need for use of a study of Taxcom-Fayler.
