2024: Announcement of a line of modular devices for final distribution systems Systeme9
The Russian company Systeme Electric, a manufacturer of complex solutions in the field of electricity distribution and automation, announced the launch of the flagship line of modular devices for final Systeme9 distribution systems on April 15, 2024.
The series of modular Systeme9 devices combines technical characteristics and a single modern design. Created on the basis of a 10 kA industrial platform, the line is designed for both production, residential and civilian facilities.
When creating it, the requirements of the Russian market were strictly taken into account, and the series will be produced on the latest automated production line with continuous output quality control. A unique feature of this line is dual certification both according to the industrial and domestic standards for all devices of the series. Great attention was paid to reliability issues in the development of devices.
The design of the devices provides dual terminals for simultaneous connection of conductors and bus connections of the PIN type with protection against accidental touches and installation errors. Compared to other similar equipment, the torque of the terminals is doubled, which increases the reliability of the connection with the wires. Two two-position fastening clips provide reliable fastening on the DIN rail.
The extended temperature range is -35 to + 70 ° C. Modular equipment of this series is able to withstand short-term voltage pulses up to 6 kV, insulation can withstand up to 500 V AC for a long time. The products of the line are guaranteed for 5 years.
Marking and installation instructions are applied to the housing of Systeme9 devices by laser engraving, which ensures their durability. There is an indication of the real position of the contacts, as well as an indication of the emergency response. Due to these features, the maintenance personnel can quickly understand the cause of the load outage.
At the first stage of the series launch, circuit breakers with a pole width of 18 and 27 mm, differential current switches, CBRs, differential current units (Vigi-units), load switches and accessories for them will appear on the market.
