"TEKORA: Kapstroy" - the information management system the program and projects of capital construction on 1C: Enterprise platform. Planning and control of project implementation and program of capital construction. Covers all components of construction management from the land and property relations before input of objects in operation.

Information system "TEKORA: Kapstroy" it is intended for optimization and automation of basic processes of management of investment programs and projects in the field of capital construction at all stages of lifecycle (from planning before commissioning of the objects).

The management reporting on planning and execution of projects of capital construction forms on the basis of the primary documents (works schedules, funding plans, agreements, acts of KS-2 and KS3, delivery notes, payment documents, etc.) registered in a system. Account is kept in different analytical cuts (the program, a portfolio, the project, an object, the cost item, cost element, etc.) and configured according to requirements of management accounting of the organization.

Planning of the program of construction:
