Tapes: Planning and time recording

Configuration "Tapes: Planning and a time recording" it is intended for drawing up working schedules of employees of the company taking into account the schedule of work of divisions and regulations of working time, stipulated by the legislation.

Main opportunities of a configuration:

• automatic scheduling of work of workers taking into account the planned periods of their absence;
• automatic replanning of changes in the working schedule at emergence of unplanned absence periods of workers;
• obtaining day schedule of employment of jobs by workers;
• verification of the made working schedule of workers on compliance to the schedule of employment of jobs;
• installation of different extent of loading of the worker throughout change;
• separation of accounting of hours of two-day night shifts on different calendar days;
• unloading given in the "Salary and Personnel Management" configuration (edition 3.0).

Configuration "Tapes: Planning and a time recording" is the original solution developed using functionality of the 1C:Subsystems Library configuration.

The configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set ^[1] of the version not lower than 8.3.6.2041 and delivery PROF of any standard configuration on its basis for its work.

The program has the general modules which are not subject to change in structure.

In February, 2016 certificate "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" was received by the software product of Lenty: Planirovaniye i uchet rabochego vremeni, razrabotanny i tirazhiruyemy firmoy gambit (IP Kostin S.S.) and provided on certification as the configuration developed in the environment of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 in the mode of managed application.
