On July 9, 2012 the Technoserv group presented own complete solution for public authorities on the organization of remote reception of citizens.

The solution "Videopriyemnaya" is created by the companies of the Technoserv Group ("Reksoft" and Technoserv) and represents the hardware and software system intended for simplification of implementation of the right of citizens to the appeal to state bodies and local government authorities. It provides technical capability of the organization of reception of citizens remotely, without visit of state agency, and in the form of audiovisual communication in real time on the Internet with a possibility of joint document handling.

Videopriyemny allows citizens previously by any available method (by phone, from the website, etc.) to register in "virtual" acceptance to the profile government employee, and then to organize the session of real-life communication which is not requiring personal presence in the selected time. At making an appointment in addition to the indication of date and time the card in which data of the citizen necessary for department, his contacts and also a subject of the address are specified is filled. During the session the possibility of transfer to the public servant of scans or electronic document revisions, joint work over them online is provided. All data are transferred via a secure channel that guarantees safety of personal data. Besides, the solution provides a possibility of video and audio of record of process of communication of citizens with authorities and archiving of records that will interfere with a possibility of abuses.

Important element of the solution is the analytical block allowing the management of department to see the operational quantitative and qualitative reporting as based on work of all department, and activity of each employee. For example, report on the number of the addresses to each of employees, rating of the most current problems, degree of satisfaction of citizens and also data on quantity of cases of inadequate behavior of citizens or employees. Besides, solution integration with electronic document management systems is possible.

The solution represents the complex of high degree of readiness including a specialized software, the infrastructure equipment and also several options of sets of the equipment for the organization of a workplace of the official for carrying out a qualitative video conferencing. From citizens installation of any software is not required, it is enough to have only the computer with Internet connection, the webcam and the headset (the microphone, sound loudspeakers or earphones).

Implementing solution includes delivery and the software installation and the equipment, completion of the application for the website of the department, synchronization with the calendar and mail of representatives of state agencies and can be quickly in detail in the short time. Let's separately note that for departments with geographically distributed structure or wide subordinated network the solution allows to organize service on cloud SaaS model.
