Technoserv announced in December, 2017 start of service of storage and synchronization of data based on own cloud platform the Technoserv Cloud — Tekhnodisk.

"When developing our service we considered all "pains" of Chief information officers and system administrators concerning similar services. At a stage of the idea of service we conducted survey to find out what problems of the existing file exchange systems they faced. As a result, using Tekhnodisk, the company can expect the high level of protection of the data. The main feature of the solution simplicity of integration with corporate systems of security: the system of information loss prevention (DLP) and an information management system and events in security (SIEM).

Tekhnodisk provides a possibility of sending all files for scanning and check in the DLP system of the client, and blocks all discrepancies. A system supports work with any systems which support the ICAP protocol, for example: InfoWatch, Symantec, WebSense, Vontu, Fidelis, Code Green and RSA.

Service provides the built-in antivirus system and also the firewall providing protection of network against unauthorized access with filtering of internal and external traffic. The solution assumes multifactor authentication of users of MFA at the request of the client and integration into the ATP systems (Advanced Threat Protection).

The high level of security is reached also at the expense of opportunities for remote control of data transmission through service. The administrator can register all actions with files in a system, manage the rights to visibility, access, downloading and exchange, has access to logs of all actions, an opportunity to transfer an account with files to the new user and also if necessary to delete corporate data on smartphones of the left employees. Besides, service is located on already proved Technoserv Cloud platform providing high reliability and data availability to 99.95%.

Tekhnodisk is available not only to the large companies, but also to a segment of SMB. Already for the companies from 100 employees the model of a private cloud in which Tekhnodisk is developed on the independent closed separate virtual infrastructure is possible. In this case individual preference of all parameters of a system is possible, for example, use of the domain of the customer, use of the mail server of the customer, a possibility of a joint with network of the client through VPN (for integration with LDAP, DLP, SIEM, SMTP and other systems and the customer's resources), branding, connections on SFTP and also integration into network folders of the customer is possible.

Integration with a mail service MS Outlook – includes the built-in plug-in, sending files and folders up to 4 GB, the protected sending investments, protection of a body of the letter, link to files with fixed term of action, including one-time links, a possibility of obtaining the file only by the specific addressee. Integration with popular cloud services: Microsoft OneDrive for Business, Google Drive for Work, Dropbox for Business Microsoft SharePoint Online Box. Integration with SSO services (Single Sign On, "A uniform input") – users can become authorized in several online services and applications supporting SSO technology using the login, uniform for all, and the password. Support Active Directory – users can come on Tekhnodisk using AD\LDAP account.

Besides, Tekhnodisk gives to the users the following additional features which are poorly provided in other Russian services of synchronization: options not only the public, but also private cloud unrolled on separate independent servers, separately from other users (even for the small companies); own domain / subdomain for Tekhnodisk (for example, disk.companyname.ru); own mail server; branding of the interface in corporate style; the configured mail notifications.

Tekhnodisk will suit the companies which look for a data exchange system both in the organization, and with external partners. Tariffing of service is performed by the number of users and the disk space occupied by them.
