Integrated solution based on ERP and Tekhtran

The Frontstep company presented on July 29, 2019 integrated solution based on ERP and Tekhtran which provides high cost efficiency of production processes due to cutting of costs for materials and also increases in accuracy of production planning and purchases.

The solution was created and implemented in production processes of a number of the enterprises. It became the basis for the conclusion of the partnership agreement between Frontstep and "NIP-Informatika" about development of the solution and its promotion on the domestic market.

The solution provides the organization of interaction the ERP system with the Tekhtran system:

• Receiving in ERP of works orders for loading in Tekhtran and creation of tasks for cutting, including data on geometry of parts, materials and business waste.
• Export from Tekhtran in ERP specifications of cutting, consumption rates of materials and new stocks of business waste, with creation of the production lots integrating the proizvodsvenny tasks which entered the specification of cutting.
• Confirmation of accomplishment of production lots in ERP, including release of parts, business withdrawal and the material consumption.

Description Tekhtran

According to information for solving of tasks of cutting of materials in the mode of automatic placement the Tekhtran program stacks parts of a task for sheets on July, 2019 optimum. The required additional sheets can be automatically taken from a warehouse. At the same time the set distances to the sheet edge and between parts are maintained. The strategy of automatic placement provides very high utilization coefficient of material. Management of the choice of parts for filling of openings allows to use for placement in emptiness in parts smaller or larger parts.

The program is intended for display, control and editing the managing programs (MP) for CNC machines. Based on all data set, Tekhtran builds a trajectory of the movement of the tool taking into account necessary amendments, creates approaches, waste and auxiliary movements of the tool, a command of inclusion and switching off of a spindle, giving, correction, etc.
