TELEBANK\R is the queuing system allowing to provide bank service to the customer base measured by units of millions. Service is made on a centralized basis – clients of all branch network of bank are serviced through the copy of a system set in the central bank department.
Core of a system is the processing center processing the transactions arriving via adapters. Among system adapters – Internet, IVR, the SMS, Contact Center, Self-Service Terminals, e-mail, Fax, Java Midlet. For ensuring complex safety of work the solution which is based on PKI technology is used.
