Telemeditsin's ViDiNG

The RD Telecom company submitted in November, 2011 the simple and inexpensive solution on the organization of a system of Telemedicine for medical institutions based on the ViDiNG System software product. The organization of medical broadcastings via the WEB PORTAL, free access to courses of telemedicine from the website, – these and other opportunities maintains ability to integrate with video systems of the western producers the ViDiNG "Telemeditsina" System.

ViDiNG System is the first Russian multi-user system of a video conferencing supporting server technology of mix of video images. The technology of server mix ViDiNG provides free connection of a video equipment and MCU of different producers: Codian MCU, Tandberg, Polycom, LifeSize, Sony, AddPac and so forth. In ViDiNG System only open protocols of communication are used: SIP, H.323. The architecture of ViDiNG is constructed on the open source (open-source).

The ViDiNG "Telemeditsina" system will give new opportunities for reorganization and an intensification of a management system for health care at all levels.

Remote advanced training and training will allow to accelerate implementation of new medical technologies and will give the chance to involve highly skilled scientists in teaching activity without separation from the main work.

The lack of installation of any additional software and compatibility with any type of a video equipment (webcams, video systems, videophones) gives the chance to organize video conference, having available only the PC or the notebook and the webcam, or to connect professional western video terminals. It will allow to configure, for example, with ease remote broadcasting between the Central medical institution of the subject of the Russian Federation and specialists of municipal hospital or clinic for effective discussion of any type of medical and organizational issues.
