The T-CPM system is intended for support of conducting settlement between participants of the market of content services (cellular operators, content providers, content aggregators, service providers). A system supports conducting settlement for different types of content services: not voice services (SMS/MMS, pictures, text, tunes, Java game, vote, advertizing mailing); voice services (jokes, news, acquaintances, etc.); interactive projects on TV and radio; service of replacement of a call signal by an individual tune (Ring Back Tone) and other services. Depending on a delivery mode (type of transport), services can include SMS content, Voice-content, WAP content.

Functionality

The T-CPM system provides maintaining agreements with providers of content services, data processing of content traffic, carrying out settlings with partners and formation of output documents in the form of acts, accounts and references.

A system provides accomplishment of the following basic functions:

  • Maintaining contractual, normative and help and accounting information
  • Maintaining agreements with providers of content services, support of different types of schemes of settlement, ensuring their setup under specific requirements of business.
  • Maintaining data on providers of the content services necessary for accomplishment of settlement.
  • Setup of templates of agreements under the corresponding types of content services and methods of their delivery.
  • Maintaining the reference information about network topology, services, the directions, short numbers, tariff models, etc.
  • Acceptance and processing of the accounting information arriving at the same time from the different switches providing provision of services of content (voice records, the SMS, MMS, WAP, the records RBT, etc.).

Tariffing of accounting information

  • Tariffing of services taking into account different delivery modes, types of traffic, service, the directions.
  • Determination of volumes of services on the basis of accounts as coming from content provider (on And to number), and from the subscriber (on In number).
  • Cost determination of services taking into account percentage share of participation of content provider.
  • Carrying out recalculations at change of initial data or change of conditions of agreements, retariffing of content traffic at change of rates without the addressing initial credentials.
  • Identification and correction of exclusive situations when processing accounting information, carrying out required recalculations.

Formation of accounts, reports, data analysis

  • Formation of acts and accounts to partners for the provided services.
  • Formation of acts and references on services of content provider by types of content, short numbers, tunes, etc.
  • Formation of rent bills of short numbers and for other single or periodic services.
  • Search and data sampling about volumes and cost of content services with grouping by the set criteria.
  • Maintaining a total on settlement periods, determination of discounts and taxes.
  • Formation of summary reports on settlement with content providers.
