Telesens: T-PBX

The T-PBX system is intended for automation and information support of settlings with the clients of the operator connected through PBX. Clients of PBX are the organizations connected to network of the operator through own automatic telephone exchange.

The T-PBX system provides maintaining customer information and agreements (with a possibility of consolidation of clients in holdings and accounting of the closed subscriber groups), billing and management of rates (including with support of functionality of MNP), maintaining tariff models and price lists, accounting of payments, formation of invoices on clients taking into account balance, support of bulk mailing of accounts to clients of RVH, formation of acts of the performed works and reports on income.
