2025: TED launch between Russia and Belarus
On April 2, 2025, Tensor announced the launch of cross-border electronic document management (TED) technology between Russia and Belarus. Within the framework of the pilot project of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus, the TEDO was tested with the participation of Belarusian providers Electronic Documents and Invoices LLC (EDIN) and Modern Trade Technologies LLC (EDI provider STT).
Business partners from Russia and Belarus can exchange legally significant documents online using the usual EDO systems and electronic signatures of their countries. The validity of the signature is confirmed by a trusted third party (DTS). This is a certification center with the authority and ability to verify foreign electronic signatures.
In addition to cooperation with EDIN and STT, cross-border EDO is also being implemented with EDI providers Bidmarts and Metaera. Such a variety of partners allows you to connect any organizations of Belarus to the cross-border EDO. The business will be able to exchange both formalized documents (UPD, TORG-2) and informal (contracts, additional agreements, catalogs, etc.), signing them with a qualified electronic signature (KEP).
