The managed PoE thermocasings with IK or white illumination

Sigrand (Novosibirsk) announces the beginning of deliveries of thermocasings of IPhouse-15E/IR and IPhouse-15E/W. The new product represents the managed thermocasing with a power supply of PoE (class 3) with the built-in LED searchlight – to 10 W. The uniqueness of the equipment is that the thermocasing provides heating due to heat extraction from LEDs, and distribution of power between loading (IP camera) and LEDs for lighting is executed using microcontroller management. The thermocasing in the automatic mode turns on the light for heating or lighting depending on controlled parameters: temperatures of fresh air and illumination. Among the measured values also – temperature in a casing, temperature of LEDs and power consumption. For additional dispersion of the generated heat two fans are used. The operation algorithm allows to set 8 threshold values, including the mode of the thermostat and preliminary warming up before turning on of the IP camera is provided. Operation of the IP camera can be checked separately – parameters of tension, current and power of consumption. Turning on of the IP camera provides automatic and manual start and also reset on a power supply. For optimal capacity utilization of illumination, it is recommended to use IP cameras with consumption – to 7 W (class2).

For the change of settings of a thermocasing, control measured value or manual control its connection to a new series of megapixel IP cameras is provided: IPcam-1,2/DM368/MT9M034 or IPcam-3,1/DM368/AR0331/E through RS-485/RS-232 port. It will allow to get access to a thermocasing through the SSH connection set with the IP camera.

For connection of IP cameras at the distances exceeding reach of Ethernet of a segment modification of IPhouse-15H/*so by the built-in SHDSL by the modem 15.2 Mbit / to c accepting a power supply from the information line on PoDSL technology and providing a power supply of PoE for connection of a thermocasing is provided.

The beginning of serial release of thermocasings was preceded by more than 2-year testing in the conditions of Novosibirsk (winter temperature – up to-35, summer – up to +35 °C). Official these meteorological observations: here.

Tested allow to draw conclusions on the guaranteed possibility of use of a thermocasing with much broader temperature range from-40 to +40 °C.
