The module ibank 2 for 1C: Accounting - is intended for access to services of electronic banking directly from the user interface software 1C: Enterprise.
On February 14, 2014 the Interkommerts bank announced readiness of new service - "The module ibank 2 for 1C: Accounting", for clients of bank.
Processing creation
Description
Use "The module ibank 2 for 1C: Accounting" helps:
- create payment orders and send them to Bank,
- carry out synchronization of documents between information base and the bank server of the DBO system,
- use the mechanism of additional confirmation of payment orders: SMS,
- use the reference book "The Entrusted Receivers" in payment orders,
- withdraw the payment orders which are earlier sent to bank
- receive the statement on the bank account,
- on the basis of transactions of the bank statement to create documents, information on partners in information base,
- exchange with Bank information messages with the attached files,
- to work at the same time with documents and accounts of several organizations,
- refuse file exchange of payment orders and statements between client Automated workplaces of the DBO system and program 1C,
- optimize workflow: the document sent to bank using the module is available in all other APMah of a system: Internet banking, RS-banking,
- raise security measures: for the signature of payment orders and for the protected interaction with bank USB tokens and smart cards of "ibank 2 Key" are used.
The client module "ibank 2 for 1C: Accounting" can be established and configured by the accountant independently – for this purpose it is required to follow hints on the screen.
Using one installed copy of the module it is possible to work with documents and accounts several organizations. Use of the module allows to refuse file exchange of payment orders and statements between the client Automated workplaces "iBank 2" systems and program 1C.

It is necessary for use of the module:
- have the keys of the electronic signature (ES) registered in bank stored in an USB token or
to smart card of "iBank 2 Key";
- connect service in bank;
- set and configure the module;
- set the driver for USB tokens and smart cards of "iBank 2 Key" (if necessary);
- provide Internet access: the module interacts with the bank server.
Availability
"The module ibank 2 for 1C: Accounting" is provided free of charge and is available since February 17, 2014.
