ThermoFleet (before Advantum TFW, ThermoFleet Warehouse) is a hardware and software system for control of a chain by Holodova at all stages – from production before sale. It is applied to temperature monitoring in production premises, in warehouses, in the REF van or the REF car. Except temperature monitoring, using the solution operation of the refrigeration unit, movement of the vehicle and parameters of its work is controlled.

Structure and appointment of ThermoFleet

According to information for March, 2020 ThermoFleet is the complete solution for control of a chain by Holodova, the thermologger with data transmission is. Takes temperature in the REF van, the REF car, a warehouse, and on production, transfers telematic data and data of condition monitoring of HOU (refrigerating heat unit).

The solution ThermoFleet is a hardware and software system which consists of wireless sensors, the registrar - the telematic block, the program part available via the web portal and in the Android-application.

Use of the official protocol for connection to HOU allows to perform remote condition monitoring of the refrigeration unit. It helps to prevent misuse of HOU and to avoid long-term idle time because of breakdown.

The functionality of a program part controls temperature indications from sensors; operation of the refrigerating heat unit (RHU); location and data on the movement of the vehicle.

A system notifies users on disturbing events through notifications in the web interface, mailing of messages on mail and also in mobile application. As the reporting document for the customer of transportation the user can create the thermocheck through mobile application. The thermocheck forms in the PDF format, it can be sent via messengers or to print on a thermal printer.

2018: Announcement

On June 7, 2018 the Advantum company announced creation with Absolute Vega company of the joint solution for control of temperature condition in warehouses.

In general the solution Advantum TFW (ThermoFleet Warehouse) represents a hardware and software system for the automated control of indicators of temperature in the refrigeration chambers located in separate warehouses. Registration and the analysis of compliance of indicators to the set parameters are performed in real time that provides efficiency of control.

According to the statement of the developer, advantages of a system is a fast deployment, communication range, scalability, the long-lasting work which is not requiring additional service maintenance. All this is possible thanks to technology of Internet of Things LoRaWAN. The LoRaWAN technology is wireless technology for data exchange between devices, differs in low electricity consumption at data transmission on long distances: in the conditions of dense urban development range is from 2 to 3 km and to 8-10 km on the open area. The low-speed radio communication is the cornerstone of data transmission, and sensors work from the battery not less than three years. From the base stations collecting information from sensors, information can be transmitted on Ethernet links and through GSM communication.

Development Advantum and Absolute Vega is intended for end-to-end systems of control of a chain by Holodova.

Control of indicators in Advantum TFW is exercised in the set temperature range, there is also an opportunity to specify target value for each refrigeration chamber. At receipt in the system of data on a deviation from the set parameters an incident then to employees of a warehouse and other responsible persons the notification on e-mail and the mobile phone arrives automatically is registered. When processing an incident the employee of a warehouse leaves the comment which allows to analyze the reasons of violations of the set mode further. Settings of a system allow to set time parameters and frequency of sending notifications. Thanks to verification of the phone number and e-mail errors when sending notifications are excluded. For heads summary graphic reports with a possibility of assessment of the reasons of violations are provided in the Advantum TFW system.

The equipment of the hardware and software system Advantum TFW consists of wireless thermal sensors, base stations which execute a repeater role, and servers. A program part is based on the telematic platform "Advantum. The big Brother" which accepts and processes data from a set of sensors. The functionality of the solution is available through web.

Advantages of wireless technologies and the equipment create optimal conditions for use of the solution as in small own or hired warehouses, and in large distribution centers. For full control of conditions there is an opportunity to connect humidity sensors, pressure sensors and also the impulse meter. The impulse meter gives ampler opportunities on monitoring, any sensors with a pulse exit can be connected to it, including it is applied on metering devices of utility resources and in industrial equipment, noted in Advantum.
