Tinkoff December 15, 2023 launched a mobile bank cell service.

The application is made online, the cell is brought to the client by the collector at a convenient place and time, and then on the armored vehicle takes it to the storage of the 5th security class in the Tinkoff cash center, to which other customers have no access.

The value is also brought back to the client by the collector on an armored car.

Tinkoff provided a high level of security at each stage of the service:

• all keys to the filled cell remain with the client;
• the filled cells are placed in a Class 5 storage that is not accessible to other clients;
• all data on each application is confidential;
• at all stages from the registration of the service to how the cell with values ​ ​ enters the storage, digital monitoring of the application is carried out by a special Tinkoff team.

The service is available to Tinkoff Private and Tinkoff Premium customers in Moscow and the Moscow Region, they can use it for free as one of the premium service privileges. In the future, the service will be available, including in other regions of Russia.

The cell size is 39.5 x 28 x 10, for example, a 12 kg gold ingot, A4 format documents, and a small laptop can fit into it. If there are more values, then the client can apply for several cells at once.

The service will be relevant both for long-term storage - for example, gold bars or valuable documents, and for short-term storage - for example, during a vacation or business trip. Having called the collector, it will not be necessary to adapt to the opening hours of the operating department, and there is no need to carry valuables around the city on its own, which is especially convenient on the eve of the trip.

How the service is designed

• An application for a bank cell can be made in the Tinkoff mobile application or in a chat with support.
• To meet with the collector, you can choose a convenient period of time during the day - from 9.00 to 23.00.
• When meeting with a client, the collector sends the client a cell, which he fills with his values ​ ​ and closes with a key. All cell keys remain with the client, only the client can open the cell.
• The collector on the armored vehicle brings a cell to the storage facility, where there is no access to other customers, the values ​ ​ remain for storage for the required period. In the application, the customer has information about the cell, the period and the conditions of its storage.
• When a client needs to pick up valuables, he orders delivery by the collector to where it is convenient for him to get them. By opening the cell with the key, the client takes the values ​ ​ and returns it to the collector.
