2020: Start into a satellite orbit for 6G-communication of Tinyan 05
On November 6, 2020 China by means of the carrier rocket "Chanchzhen-6" (Long March-6) put to orbit three and group of 10 Argentina satellites of remote sensing of Earth of NewSat 9-18. Among them — the satellite for testing of 6G-networks which became the first in own way.
Sputnik which received the name Tinyan 05 was created by Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Science and Technology company together with the Chinese university of electronic sciences and technologies and also Beijing Weinaxingkong Technology company. Its main objective is remote sensing of Earth.
Remote sensing of the Earth's surface will become the main objective of the satellite — the satellite can be used in a broad spectrum of tasks: for inspections of a status of the woods and farmlands, for observation of the course of city construction, etc.
Onboard the device it is located the communication systems working in the terahertz range. It is supposed that mobile communication of the sixth generation will work in this range, and the technology will be more than 100 times faster, than a 5G that will allow to transfer data without loss in space. It will provide telecommunication with smaller power output.
According to statements of creators of the satellite, testing of separate elements which can be a part of technologies of mobile communication of the sixth generation — it, really, is one of satellite tasks. It is specified that developers are interested not only operability of communication systems in itself, but also its working capacity in the conditions of space.
Professor Xu Yangsheng said that Tinyan 05 is the first-ever test satellite 6G, and it marks break in mastering of technologies of space communication of terahertz range in the space industry of China.[1]
