TC35667WBG-006 is an integrated microcircuit for data exchange under the Bluetooth protocol with low power consumption.

The IC TC35667WBG-006 contains ROM with the software for Scatternet networks and multipoint connections, sochetay the functionality and the compact sizes necessary for creation of networks of data exchange on the basis of the Bluetooth protocol with low power consumption for small-size devices, like proximity cards, tags and tickets.
The IC TC35667WBG-006 can work at supply voltage from 1.8 to 3.6 V at the minimum consumed current up to 5.9 mA and has the mode of a deep sleep in which consumption of current decreases up to 0.5 micro amperes. The built-in functionality includes the direct current converter, the LDO regulator and also general functions of ATsP and PWM. Opportunities for work of the user software and a signal of awakening for a host device are also available.
Taking into account requirement of reduction of thickness of Bluetooth devices for TC35667WBG-006 very thin body with the sizes close to die sizes is used: 2.88 mm x 3.04 mm x 0.3 mm (height). The product is delivered in the QFN body.
