2018: Release in a public access

At the end of November, 2018 Nvidia released a set of software development of Clara in a public access - a set of computing algorithms with acceleration of graphic processing, examples of applications, etc. Besides, the company provided the Transfer Learning Toolkit and AI Assisted Annotation SDK tool kit — two AI tools intended for processing of medical images.

The set for software development of Clara provides to developers tools for graphical analysis (Vulkan and Optix), calculations (CUDA, cuFFT and cuBlas) and AI libraries (CT Recon, Volume Segmentation, Lung Detection, Render Server); examples of applications for processing and rendering of images and the application for optimization of workflows at KT, MPT and ultrasonography (Ultrasonography).

In the future he will also use Kubernetes, a storage system open source of Google to automate deployment and management of applications in the built-in, local and cloud environments. A number of partners of Nvidia, including ImFusion, Aidence, Arterys, Visage Imaging, Nuance, InferVision, Imagia, Trtle Medical and Kheiron, tested Clara within the pilot program.

Nvidia released software development sets for KT-and MRT-of researches

Nvidia Transfer Learning Toolkit (TLT) works with models of thin setup and retraining. This software package contains AI models which are optimized under work with graphic to Nvidia Pascal processors, Volta and Turing and with API- interfaces. TLT is intended for the accelerated deployment of a complex of applications, reduction of the computing resources necessary for creating applications, and retraining of the working models under other needs.

Nvidia AI Assisted Annotation is addition to TLT. This software package should accelerate process of the analysis of KT or MPT of the patient using workflows of a set of software development and AI support. Nvidia claims that KT-and MRT-inspection can be accelerated by 10 times using AI Assisted Annotation, partly thanks to integration with TLT which allows the tool to study and improve the work constantly.[1]
