2020: Adding in TranzAxis of support Oracle Standard Edition

On October 9, 2020 it became known that Compass Plus added TranzAxis optimized for work in a cloud, support of Oracle Standard Edition to the open software platform.

Many financial institutions around the world look for methods of decrease in operating expenses without prejudice to performance therefore Compass Plus started this project, aiming to provide to the clients candidate solutions of this task. Oracle Standard Edition is the reliable database management system (DMS) from global manufacturer combining the low cost of ownership and wide feature set, necessary for data management in small and average projects.

Despite existence of some restrictions in Oracle Standard Edition, Compass Plus in the course of their analysis and careful testing of a configuration of the solution made sure of a possibility of its optimal work and tried to minimize influence of these restrictions for the projects using this database. For example, the option of program data encryption allows the client to observe relevant security requirements while modifed procedures of system maintenance support DBMS performance at the necessary level in view of lack of the mechanism of sectioning of tables in Oracle Standard Edition.

2012: Certification of TranzAxis according to requirements of standards of PA-DSS

The Compass Plus company, software provider for the systems of retail banking and electronic payments, announced in the fall of 2012 certification of the new open applied bank platform and the system of the integrated applied products of new generation – TranzAxis according to requirements of standards of security of payment applications of PA-DSS.

With the end of certification TranzAxis, all products and the solutions Compass Plus conform to the last requirements of the PA-DSS standard now. The full compliance of all software of the company to the PA-DSS standard indicates that security is always a priority component of solutions of Compass Plus and also helps to simplify considerably the procedure of check regarding compliance to the PCI DSS standard to clients of the company.
