2022: The beginning of the release of "plates" with a diameter of up to 7.5m

Russia The production of ready-made antennas has been established, which will help provide satellite Internet 70% of the territories. Russia The manufacturing company announced this on October 18, 2022.

TrilineSystems has begun production of fully rotating plates available for civilian use with a diameter of up to 7.5 m, capable of maintaining stable contact with low-orbit satellite groups - the most promising direction of space telecom.

Already in October 2022, it is planned to launch a test one satellite Sphere Project designed to provide broadband Internet access in significant territories of Russia and completely eliminate digital inequality"." So far, it is planned that by 2025, 162 space devices and the corresponding ground infrastructure will be included in the low-orbit grouping. Antennas capable of tracking and maintaining stable interaction with fast-flying high-elliptical objects were produced singly and were available mainly for military purposes or to large corporations.

It is important that the organization communications with such equipment does not need long pre-design and design work, coordination and complex equipment configuration - this is available at the user level.

Such an antenna is capable of moving at an angular speed of up to ten degrees per second. This is much higher than the real speed of movement of the spacecraft, "says Pavel Zubenko, general designer of TrilineSystems. - This mobility allows you to track satellites even in very low, fast orbits and quickly return to the waiting position. As a result, only two antennas in one communication complex will be able to provide stable communication - as long as one "dish" sees off the satellite, the second expects it at the starting point. In practice, this means that the conditional village administration beyond the Arctic Circle will be able to organize a fairly fast connection for its residents in a significant territory without any problems, equipping an antenna post.

The expert noted that in the coming years the satellite communications market will actively change due to the rapid development of mass low-orbit satellite constellations. Russian technologies for in-line production of antennas for October 2022 are in a winning position. There is practically no civilian equipment available to the mass consumer capable of providing stable communication, neither Western companies nor manufacturers from Southeast Asia.

TrilineSystems plans to expand the production of popular satellite equipment, for which it is developing its own site in the technology park near Moscow in Alyoshin. Production, testing laboratories and a number of auxiliary services are being built there - investments in the high-tech zone amounted to about 300 million rubles, and commissioning is planned in the coming months.
