TrustMed

The software package of TrustMed is intended for the solution of the main objectives in the field of informatization according to the program of upgrade of health care of the region:

• complex automation of medical and diagnostic process;
• the personified accounting of the rendered medical services;
• possibility of maintaining electronic medical record of the citizen;
• record to the doctor in electronic form (using the Internet and directory touch terminals);
• the personified accounting of medicines (in a hospital, 7 nozologiya, a regional privilege, medicinal insurance, formation and control of execution of supply requisitions, accounting by contracts and suppliers);
• additional medical examination;
• creation of a regional information system of compulsory health insurance.

As well as any program, a software package of TrustMed has the requirements to the hardware. At a stage of the choice of the specific solution it is extremely important to define precisely characteristics of a hardware and software system which will have required degree of reliability, it will be convenient in operation and maintenance, will work with required speed regulation characteristics and also it will be available at the price.

For the purpose of objective informing consumers and for high-quality ensuring implementations the SofTrust company registered the system of voluntary certification "TM: Compatibly" (certificate of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation of Metrology No. ROSS RU.3837.04FBH0 of September 29, 2011).

Forms of the leaf of disability issued since July 1, 2011 to all citizens of the Russian Federation are autocompleted and processed by a software package of TrustMed.

The subsystem of maintaining sick-lists provides the personified accounting of sick-lists of citizens, their design and issue according to the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2011 No. 347n "About the statement of a form of the form of a leaf of disability".

In a subsystem of maintaining sick-lists accomplishment of the following functions is implemented:

• Creation, maintaining and accounting of sick-lists.
• Reading of a barcode from the form of the sick-list and automatic call of a form of editing for execution of the sick-list, at the same time number of the form of the document of temporary disability is autocompleted.
• Automatic filling of fields of the sick-list by reading of a barcode from the coupon of the ambulatory patient with filling of data on the patient, the doctor and the set diagnosis. * Reading of a barcode from the policy of compulsory health insurance is provided that allows to autocomplete personal data about the patient in the form of the sick-list.
• Quick search of sick-lists on the patient's number/Full Name.
• Printing of information in the form of the sick-list according to the form of a new sample entered since 7/1/2011. Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2011 No. 347n "About the statement of a form of the form of a leaf of disability".
• Support of forms and forms of sick-lists of an old sample.
• Formation and unloading of registers of sick-lists, for transfer to the authorized organization exercising control of issue and document creation about temporary disability to citizens.

The SofTrust company completed in the summer of 2012 the works on trial operation and integration of a medical information system of TrustMed with federal services of the Single state information system in the field of health care (EGIS-Zdrav).

Pilot implementation and trial operation are carried out based on MBUZ "City Hospital No. 2 of Belgorod". On a pilot object 251 workplaces are put into operation. Results of trial operation are recorded in the report.

Integration with EGIS-Zdrav was tested according to the approved Regulations the commission with participation of representatives of Department of health care and social protection of the population of the Belgorod region, Belgorod MIAC, MBUZ "City Hospital No. 2" and FBGU "TsNIIOIZ" of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation. Results of tests are recorded by the protocol.

Pilot implementation federal the EGIS-Zdrav component is made in the following directions:

• Creation of organizational and information and communication infrastructure
• Implementation of a federal system of maintaining normative reference information (NRI)
• Implementation of basic federal service of the integrated electronic medical record (IEMR)
• Implementation of basic federal service of the administrative activity (AA)
• Implementation of basic federal service making an appointment with the doctor (Registry) in electronic form
• Implementation of basic federal service of the single analytical system (SAS)
