2019: Solution components

For July, 2019 the solution UBI Technologies on insurance telematics includes the following components:

• Scoring: An opportunity to estimate style of driving and to offer individual rates
  • Scoring algorithms are developed taking into account the analysis more than 400 thousand road accidents and 200 billion kilometers of the passable way. At assessment not only sharp accelerations, braking, turns, evolutions, speeding, but also types of roads, time of day and other parameters are considered.
  • In the interface it is possible to filter data of insurers with the telematic equipment on different criteria including on types of violations, date, a driving experience, types of roads and others. And also to compare their indicators to averages on a portfolio

• Primary notification about road accident (FNOL): An opportunity to react quickly to road accident and to raise a customer loyalty.
  • Right after road accident comes primary notification about road accident to insurance company. Operational fixing of road accident and informing the operator on road accident allows to react quickly to road accident and in case of need to help him.
  • The operator can register the damaged parts of the car at once and if it is inconvenient to driver to talk, then to fix time for an additional call to the insurer.

• Road accident reconstruction: An opportunity to receive the broad picture road accident and not to allow fraud.
  • The solution allows to analyze detailed data on road accident, without allowing misrepresentation (values of accelerations on x axes, Y, Z recorded by the telematic device before road accident; the direction and force of blows at the time of road accident; probable weight of damage of the driver (AIS 6); the road accident coordinates provided on the card)
  • Complete data on road accident will allow to accelerate the procedure of settlement of damage and to exclude the fraud connected with road accident.
