2020: Platform launch

On June 1, 2020, the Main Directorate of State Expertise (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia) announced the launch of the Unified Digital Expertise Platform in the field of construction.

It allows you to automate all the main stages and procedures for conducting an examination, including:

  • submission of documents for examination;
  • storage of documentation;
  • check of completeness of the received documentation;
  • maintenance of contractual documents;
  • payment control;
  • preparation of comments and conclusions;
  • interaction of the applicant and the expert organization in terms of signing documents with an enhanced qualified electronic signature;
  • maintaining official correspondence on the draft expert review;
  • development of comments on completeness and submitted documents;
  • transfer of the conclusion and documentation archive to the GIS Unified State Register of Conclusions.

The new solution is said to improve the quality and speed of work of expert organizations and will ensure the integration of the construction industry during the transition to the beginning of the widespread use of the State Information System for Urban Planning Activities.

A unified digital platform for expertise in construction has been launched in Russia

The unified digital expertise platform was developed by the project group of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia using Russian and open source, freely distributed software, as well as cloud technologies.

Platform solutions, end-to-end technologies and other tools embedded in the core of the digital environment provide integration at the microservice level and create conditions for working in customers, developers, federal authorities, experts and other participants in the process of creating an object in a single trust environment, taking into account the roles and powers prescribed for each. Within this environment, work is provided with information models, as well as with libraries, databases, classifiers, registers using intellectualization elements and digital expert assistants.[1]
