2017: Uniflair LE are upgraded
On June 20, 2017 the Schneider Electric company announced release of the upgraded line of Uniflair LE refrigerating appliances. In precision conditioners for average and large DPCs key parameters are improved.
To replace conditioners of the TDAV, TDEV and TDWV series there were LDAV, LDEV and LDWV devices with air cooling, functionality of free cooling and water cooling. Each modification is issued in four standard sizes and power ranges from 70 to 140 kW.
The lineup of IDAV conditioners with invertor compressors is filled up with two lines:
- free cooling
- water cooling.
The maximum refrigerating power of conditioners of air cooling of a line of IDAV grew to 140 kW. All devices are equipped with fans with electronic switching and the return bend of blades, and the invertor drive of the compressor provides them smooth adjustment of refrigerating capacity, energy efficiency and at a partial load.
Updating of Uniflair LE affected a series of IX*V conditioners with ventilatory section under a raised floor. Feature - increase in the area of the heat exchanger. This solution allows to achieve refrigerating capacity at the identical occupied space. Devices of three standard sizes with a range of refrigerating capacities from 70 to 140 kW are available to customers. In conditioners of a series invertor compressors are used and different schemes of cooling are used: air, water and free (IXAV, IXWV, IXEV models respectively).
For improvement of indicators of electricity consumption in data center it is necessary to ensure effective system operation of cooling even at partial load. Conditioners with indirect ambient cooling become an optimal solution in such situation the solution. One more advantage of new models of a line of Uniflair LE - the multifunction microprocessor controller with convenient navigation and a possibility of interaction with dispatching systems of the engineering equipment of buildings. It provides automatic restart of the block after failure of power supply and allows to perform reservation at the level of the floor, having connected to fifteen devices working in group. 2014: Output of a line of Uniflair LE HDCV
December 1, 2014 - The Schneider Electric Company brings to the market a line of precision conditioners on cooled water of Uniflair LE HDCV.
The line of Uniflair LE HDCV conditioners combines the latest technologies with experience of Schneider Electric company in ensuring smooth operation of crucial objects. The main features of these conditioners are support of cooling in any conditions, low operating costs and a possibility of complete adaptation to conditions of any DPC.
New precision conditioners on cooled water are developed for solving of tasks, corresponding to DPCs of new generation. So, Uniflair LE HDCV allow to locate fans under a raised floor, have the increased size of heat exchangers for optimization of an air flow and offer different options of equipment by filters and also a possibility of double entry of a power supply with the automatic switch (transfer switch) and optimization of the block for work at high surrounding temperature.
For the first time in assortment of conditioning systems of Uniflair the option of placement of fans under a raised floor with a block size from Frame 3 to Frame 8 is provided. This solution expands the range of capacity of Schneider Electric cooling systems and allows to increase energy efficiency in comparison with the blocks having fans in the main body that gives additional competitive advantages.
Precision conditioners of the Uniflair LE HDCV series are completed with the latest RadiCal radial fans with composite blades and electronic switching that guarantees high reliability, an improved aerodynamics, the maximum efficiency and low power consumption. Modern microprocessor control meets the most modern requirements and provides easy integration into Uniflair chillers.
