2015: Circuit came to Russia

On December 4, 2015 the Unify company presented in Russia a cloud solution of Circuit on the basis of WebRTC technology. Start of the Circuit platform in Russia is planned for 2016^[1].

The solution is available on different gadgets and devices: tablets, smartphones, iWatch and any computers in browsers Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. For all platforms the single interface is provided.

In 2014 Circuit started in the territory of the USA, Germany and Great Britain. After entry into force of the law "About Personal Data" in Russia, on September 1, 2015, transfer of the solution Circuit on cloud platforms of the Russian providers became possible.

According to the plan, the Circuit platform will be started in Russia at the beginning of 2016.

Sergey Razmakhayev, the CEO of Unify in Russia and the CIS countries, noted:

- Circuit perspectives in the Russian market are very attractive. The platform integrated the most demanded separate applications and tools for team work, having collected them on one screen. In fact, there are no Circuit analogs in Russia at the moment, here we are a pioneer in this segment, creating absolutely new market of unified communications and joint work. 2014

In November, 2014 Unify sponsored for the section Mobility of CNews FORUM, one of the most promptly developing directions today. Within the section Unify provided the cloud communication framework of new generation of Circuit (earlier the Ansible project) which was officially announced on October 28, 2014 at the global level. Circuit combines all types of communications in the uniform application and allows to store documents, providing an effective search mechanism.

The Circuit platform lifted unified communications to qualitatively new level. First, in it completely there is no need of use of e-mail as this tool, according to young employees, does not promote increase in efficiency of their work any more. Secondly, in it the possibility of communication on social network is implemented. Social networks allow people to share the ideas today, to arrange group and personal discussions. One more important feature – existence of the single interface for all devices, both stationary, and mobile.

Using Circuit the employee can instantly obtain all information concerning the carried-out task. At the same time all information will be aggregated in a uniform tape. It and the magazine of voice calls with results of negotiations, and all related content, and all a chat tape. The user can instantly arrange both voice, and video conference, having invited in it all who at the moment are online.

One more advantage of Circuit is that it allows to create corporate storage of knowledge of the company. The most modern searching tools as structured, and unstructured data are a part of the solution. There is a possibility of formation of private and public groups, having joined which, users can participate in discussion of the interesting their topics or subscribe for necessary information.

Unify Circuit is result of joint surveys and development of Siemens Enterprise Communications with frog company, the expert in design of user interfaces.

2013: Project Ansible exit

On November 18, 2013 the Unify company (before Siemens Enterprise Communications) submitted the new project - Ansible.

Project Ansible offers comprehensive approach to cooperation and communication of the companies:

• Single interface. Using different devices and types of connections, it is possible to integrate several sources of information in one clear modular display.
• Saturated communication. Video giving effect of presence. Audio of high definition. Chat, shared access to the screen, use of links, investments and e-mail messages.
• Fixing of all elements. Project Ansible constantly stores everything that makes a tape of communication and provides the necessary context on the basis of the analysis of the available contents.
• Soft junctions. Project Ansible allows to switch easily from one type of connection to another within the current device and also to pass from one device to another, staying in touch.
• Intellectual communication environment. Project Ansible intellectually creates the most suitable context that promotes increase in productivity.
• Ease of use. Project Ansible is also simple in use, as well as in management.

Beta testing of a product was planned for May, 2014. More than 40 companies from around the world, including Russia will take part in it. In the first countries the release of the commercial version of a product will take place in October, 2014. It will be available in the form of the software as service from a cloud (SaaS) and will become for customers logical addition to already installed solutions of the OpenScape family.
