2025: Ozon Travel Online Booking Service Integration
Ozon Travel, an online booking service, is integrated into the MAX digital platform. Users of the service can buy air and rail tickets, book hotels and tours without leaving the application. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on June 4, 2025.
To design or track travel status, enter Ozon Travel in the MAX application search bar. After clicking the "Start" button, the chatbot will open the user a mini-application in which you can buy air or railway tickets, book a hotel or tour in its entirety, as well as track current orders or clarify the information of interest in the support window.
You can log in to the Ozon Travel mini-application by phone number or through Public services. All documents on the trip, flight and accommodation will be saved in the Ozon Travel chatbot in MAX in PDF format.
