2020: The announcement of VMware of a 5G of Telco - the platform for automatic start of services in a 5G networks

At the beginning of September, 2020 VMware provided the cloud platform to a 5G of Telco which represents the first cloud solution based on the high-performance cloud infrastructure of operator level checked in practice with intellectual automation.

The new platform includes Tanzu Kubernetes Grid - the built-in Kubernetes distribution kit which will allow suppliers of communication services to create, manage and start reliably container workloads in private and public clouds and also in telecommunication infrastructures, transfers the Help Security edition.

VMware submitted the platform for automatic start of services to a 5G networks

As note in VMware to meet the growing demand for the innovation services of a 5G, telecom operators need network based on the upgraded cloud which provides the speed and flexibility of web scale, saving at the same time performance, fault tolerance and quality of operator level.

The innovation multicloud platform of VMware simplifies and accelerates deployment of 5G networks, transforms operational models due to multilevel automation and is easily integrated with modern networks.

The cloud platform of VMware Telco combines cloud infrastructure of VMware Telco (the advanced solution vCloud NFV) and functionality of VMware Telco Cloud Automation.

The executive vice president for strategy and corporate development and the CEO of Telco NFV Shekar Ayar of Telco noted that thanks to support of cloud computing in new development, telecom operators can increase the speed of implementation of innovations now to provide new applications and services, to reduce operational difficulties that will even more accelerate deployment of the 5G networks.
