VMware Google Cloud Platform

VMware of Google Cloud Platform - cloud services of Google on the VMware platform - result of partnership of the companies where VMware will offer Cloud Platform Google services on the basis of vCloud Air.

On February 3, 2015 VMware and Google announced expansion of the agreement and providing to the enterprises access to public cloud services using VMware vCloud Air. According to arrangements, the cloud platform of Google Cloud Platform will be partially integrated into vCloud Air that will provide to customer companies reliable access to the cloud services conducting to the industries on a hybrid cloud platform of VMware.

Google services of Cloud Platform which will be available on vCloud Air:

• Google Cloud Storage is the distributed service of storage of objects with low cost;

• Google BigQuery is the service of analytics of Big Data in real time intended for unplanned requests of business data among billions of data points per second;

• Google Cloud Datastore – Google storage with lack of the scheme, the service of data management Google founded on NoSQL with automatic scaling and complete transaction integrity;

• Google Cloud DNS is globally distributed DNS service with short delay.

It is expected that new services will become available this year. Clients of VMware vCloud Air will get access to new services within their current agreements on rendering services and the existing network switching and will pay only for services of Google Cloud Platform which they consume.
