2025: Product Announcement
The Russian company VPG LaserONE, part of Softline Group of Companies, has developed a multifunctional robotic complex for laser welding of domestic production. The equipment has received official recognition as products of Russian origin and is included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia under the number 10688761. The inclusion of the complex in the list of domestic industrial products was reported on August 27, 2025.
According to Softline, the robotic complex is specialized equipment designed for educational purposes in higher and secondary professional educational institutions. The system allows students to learn the basics of laser welding in practical classes using modern technology.
The technical equipment of the complex includes the LiteWELD manual laser welding system, developed by the company's specialists. The package includes a methodological textbook and a set of additional equipment with accessories, which forms a full-fledged educational platform for practical classes.
The compact dimensions of the robotic complex provide the ability to place equipment even in limited-area classrooms. This solution expands the availability of modern laser technologies for educational institutions of various scales.
The LiteWELD line of laser welders is positioned as an advanced industrial equipment for solving the problems of welding metal materials of various thicknesses. Each model in the series was created taking into account the needs of different categories of users and specific requirements for welding processes.
VPG LaserONE continues to work on product certification and plans to include most of the assortment of manufactured equipment in the list of products of Russian origin by the end of 2025 in accordance with Russian Government Decree No. 719. The register officially registered 45 items of goods produced by the company.[1]
