Ofis-Sklad-Magazin - the program of accounting of trade, a warehouse, production.

The program helps to process quickly and qualitatively primary documents (accounts, invoices, delivery notes, way bills, payment orders, etc.), to check a remaining balance in warehouses and reservation of goods, to keep account of debt of clients, to calculate cost value of goods and the got profit and still many other things.

List of innovations

• 1 Completions for work with weight goods and scales with printing of labels.

For work with scales the reference book of codes of goods in scales is added to the program. From the program in scales data on numbers of goods in scales and also the code, the name, the price and some other parameters can be unloaded.

• • the menu item Reference books - "Weight goods" is added. In it weight goods are brought, number in scales and other parameters is assigned. In this reference book there is a button for printing. With the program printed forms using which weight goods are unloaded in scales can be delivered.
  • when editing goods the Weight Goods button appeared. By its clicking there is a transition to the reference book of weight goods.

If for goods weight parameters are not set yet, then the program suggests to add goods to the list of weight goods.

When unloading the driver of scales which can be delivered together with scales or separately is used. Such driver can be paid. Completion of a form for unloading of goods in scales for work with a certain driver can be required.

• 2 Data exchange with mobile application of Vvs "Data collection" for the Android platform.

The Vvs "Data collection" application allows to read out and accumulate using the mobile phone or the tablet on the android a stroke codes of goods, and then to unload them in the program in the document or in inventory. Names and the prices of goods can be loaded into this application. Then when reading the code stroke on phone will be displaid the name and the price of goods.

Data exchange happens on a local network, it is the most convenient to connect phone or the tablet to network on WiFi. The program of VVS "Office — the Warehouse — Shop" at exchange acts as the server.

For exchange with mobile application points of a context menu are added:

• for sales orders or goods receipt, in a selection form of goods
• in retail in a form of editing the delivery note
• in delivery notes on transfer of goods between warehouses and in delivery notes on assembly.
• in a form of editing inventory
• in the reference book of goods - for unloading of the selected goods
• in the main menu of the program the point for unloading of goods Reports - "Unloading of goods to Vvs the Mobile terminal of data collection" is added.

At exchange read a stroke codes are inserted into the current document. If the document is not open, then the received codes of goods and quantity get to a clipboard of Windows and further from there can be inserted into any document.

• 3 When viewing cost value of goods the filter on the client is added. Using it it is possible to browse with goods with one client. By a call of viewing cost value from the order or the delivery note, the client for the filter undertakes from the current document. It can be convenient if it is necessary to look quickly at sale at what prices the client earlier took goods.

• 4 New access level of users of the program: "Not edit parameters of someone else's orders".

• 5 The column "Amount" to edit windows of delivery notes in the section Retail, "Transfers between warehouses", "Assembly of sets" is added.

• 6 Colors of windows are "by default" included. Windows for purchases and for sales are displayed in different flowers. It is possible to set the color or to use system colors in the Setup menu - "Program parameters", In the addition tab, the Additional Parameters button, the Colours tab.

• 7 New parameters of the program which can be set when choosing the Setup menu - "Program parameters":

• • "Maximum % of a discount". Allows to limit the discount size for orders and delivery notes in retail. It is the general parameter for all users of the database. By default 99.9 matters

• • "When choosing by the code to suggest to create new goods for unknown codes". If using the scanner a stroke of codes or manually to enter the unknown code, then the program suggests to enter new goods with such code or a stroke the code. Now this behavior can be disconnected, the error message will be simply displayed. By default this parameter is included.

• 8 When entering numbers SCD and the countries of goods' origin in the program the reference book of the countries was used earlier. For the countries the field - the country code is added. The country code can be used in pechtany document forms as the DCLAND field. If the database remained with you from old versions that will be required to change structure of the table Country.DB - to add the CODE field with A10 type.

Earlier in forms of invoices the country code was calculated by its name. This functionality remained, but to in new forms in addition to it this field will be used.

• 9 In the section retail, transfers between warehouses and on assembly is added to the table of delivery notes a column in which the note to laid on or responsible is output (for transfers between warehouses).

• 10 The beginning of work on the translation of the interface on the English or other language - a menu item Setup - "Type" - "English" or parameter/e at start. Transfer is loaded from the translate.ini file. This function will be included later until only the primary window of the program is translated.
