Vaultize

Vaultize is a single platform for secure access and information storage allows to control and to manage on a centralized basis data regardless of a location of the user and outside corporate network.

Idle time in installation and use the solution Vaultize does not depend on VPN and provides a comprehensive protection from leaks of corporate information both from stationary, and from mobile devices. The application allows to manage on a centralized basis access rights of users to corporate data on numerous parameters, including on date and time, a geolocation, ip-and we designate to the address. Developers paid special attention to security of mail investments: the corresponding plug-in of Vaultize considerably saves disk space on the server and significantly reduces network traffic. All data are transferred on the protected SSL protocol and previously are ciphered on algorithm AES-256 for creation of additional level of protection.

The service platform has wide functionality which blocks the whole range of tasks in the field of protection of corporate data: Protection of documents and mail investments, data movement control which appeared out of network of the organization, safe implementation of the concept of BYOD and contents supervision of mobile devices (MCM), protection of crucial documents by means of creation on a centralized basis - the managed micro containers (DRM), with a possibility of a withdrawal of the access rights granted earlier, and also the module of the centralized backup.
