Veeam Software provided a component of the Veeam Hyper-Availability Platform — Veeam DataLabs platform in May, 2018. Veeam DataLabs represents one of methods of management of copies of data and allows to create upon the demand of the copy of the production environment. It allows to implement new scenarios in addition to traditional data protection: development by the DevOps and DevSecOps methods, testing, search of vulnerabilities and creation of a test environment on demand for IT departments. Veeam DataLabs uses functionality of virtual laboratory Veeam for creation of copies of virtual production environment on demand and expands its opportunities by means of new scenarios of use and additional value for business.
