2022: Obtaining a certificate of compliance with the requirements for type B firewalls of the fourth protection class

The ViPNet Coordinator VA virtual security gateway has successfully passed the Russian FSTEC certification for firewall requirements . This was announced on July 5, 2022 by Infotecs.

The re-issued certificate No. 3692 of the 20.06.2022 for ViPNet Coordinator HW 4 software and hardware complex of InfoTeCS confirms that the ViPNet Coordinator VA implementation meets the requirements for firewalls of type B of the fourth class of protection, as well as the requirements for information security according to level 4 of trust.

According to the classification of the FSTEC of Russia, type B firewalls are used on the logical boundary (perimeter) of the information system or between the logical boundaries of the segments of the information system.

On October 4, 2021, InfoTeCS received a certificate from the FSB of Russia on compliance with the requirements for Class KS1 CIPF for the ViPNet Coordinator VA security gateway.

The SF/124-4138 certificate from 23.09.2021 confirms that ViPNet Coordinator VA meets the requirements for cryptographic information protection tools designed to protect information that does not contain information constituting a state secret by class KS1. The certificate is valid until 01.06.2024.
