ViPNet VPN (before ViPNet Custom)

ViPNet VPN is the product line of Infotecs company including program and hardware and software systems (information security tools of limited access, including personal data).

ViPNet VPN allows to organize data protection in large networks (from several tens to tens of thousands of network points — workstations, servers and mobile computers) and is aimed at the solution of two important problems of information security:

• Creation of the protected, entrusted transmission medium of information of limited access using public and allocate circuits (The Internet, telephone and wireless communication lines) by the organization of a virtual private network (VPN) with one or several command centers.
• Deployment of a public key infrastructure (PKI) with the organization of Certification center for the purpose of use of mechanisms of the electronic digital signature in the application software of the customer (workflow systems and office-works, e-mail, the bank software, electronic marketplaces and show-windows), with support of a possibility of interaction with PKI products of other domestic manufacturers.

Using ViPNet VPN the solutions on data protection requiring carrying out development (completion) functionality of components of a complex according to requirements of the customer can be developed. Therefore ViPNet VPN is permanent development of functionality and following to modern requirements of the Russian market of information security tools.

The Infotecs company pays attention to questions of certification of the developments according to requirements of FSB and FSTEC of Russia. Separate products and sets of products of the structure of ViPNet VPN regularly undergo certification on requirements to a CIPF, means of network shielding (internetwork and personal network screens), on lack of not declared opportunities. So, for example, under the general name CIPF "Domain-KC2/KM" there undergoes certification a set of products consisting of ViPNet Administrator (regarding the Key center), ViPNet MFTP and ViPNet CryptoService. And under nazvaniyempak "The certification center of the corporate level ViPNet KC2/KM" undergoes certification set of ViPNet Administrator (regarding Certification center), ViPNet Publication Service, ViPNet Registration Point and ViPNet Client. The necessity of consolidation of products in such sets for certification is caused by differences in specifics of the systems of certification of FSB and FSTEC of Russia and different requirements according to which certification is performed and also impossibility to select from the complete solution which ViPNet VPN, separately network screen or separately Certification center is.

Since 2008 components of a product line ViPNet VPN are also certified in the system of certification of GAZPROMSERT.

Technical advantages of ViPNet VPN

• ViPNet VPN is focused on the organization of the protected interaction "client client" while the majority of VPN solutions of other producers provide only connections of the "server server" or "server client" level. • Software of ViPNet Coordinator supports work on modern multiprocessor and multinuclear server platforms that allows to provide the high speed of enciphering of traffic.

Development History

2017: Integration with Dialog messenger

The company Infotecs, producer program and software and hardware tools of data protection, announced on November 2, 2017 release of the joint solution with Ltd company "Dialog". Within strategic partnership Dialog and Infotecs provided the protected communication framework, having integrated messenger dialog enterprise with ViPNet VPN.

Dialog enterprise provides tools for the organization of communication of employees and business process optimization using interactive chat-bots, and ViPNet Client properly protects work with corporate data on the Internet from external and internal network attacks.

The joint solution "Dialog" and "Infotecs" will allow the companies with high security requirements of confidential information without concerns to use corporate text, voice and video conference. Users can set the joint solution on operating systems Windows OS X Linux, iOS and Android.

2012: ViPNet Custom 3.2

The Infotecs company announced in February, 2012 positive results of works on ensuring compatibility of software of ViPNet Custom 3.2 and the public beta of Microsoft Windows8 OS - Windows 8 Consumer Preview. The Infotecs company expresses confidence in support implementation by the products ViPNet and the official version of Windows 8 OS by the time of its exit.

Since fall of 2011, the Infotecs company conducts works on ensuring compatibility of the ViPNet Custom software products of version 3.2 (Client & Coordinator) with preview as versions of new Microsoft Windows 8 OS. The compatibility of the products ViPNet CUSTOM 3.2 (Client & Coordinator) both with MS Windows of 8 Developer Preview, and with left on February 29, 2012 MS Windows of 8 Consumer Preview is provided.
