2022: Electric vehicle presentation
In mid-February 2022, a public presentation of an electric truck manufactured by the Belarusian company BKM Holding (Belkommunmash) took place. The novelty was called Vitovt Truck Electro Prime.
According to the Belarusian agency BelTA, the electric car is equipped with an asynchronous traction motor with a maximum power of 180 kW. Battery type - LiFePO4, capacity - 273 kW/h. Mileage on one charge reaches 200 km.
In the inner-city operation mode, the average power consumption is 1.1 kWh (mileage can be changed at the request of the customer). To ensure fast charging, the cargo electric car is equipped with two CCS Combo 2 charging sockets. When using two outlets at the same time, the charging session is about 90 minutes, when using one outlet, it doubles accordingly.
The infotainment system in the cabin is controlled using a touch LCD display. The driver's seat in the three-seater cab is equipped with a pneumatic suspension, head restraint, lumbar support, as well as heating, in addition, its position is adjusted by 8 adjustments. A reclining sleeping place is also provided, there is a climate control function. Driver comfort is also provided by auxiliary solutions: there are digital mirrors and additional LED lights, including turn lighting.
The electric truck with a total weight of 20 tons has a carrying capacity of 7.8 tons. The volume of the van body is 44 cubic meters. l.
In accordance with the manufacturers' plans for February 2022, it is originally planned to produce eight prototypes of the Vitovt Truck Electro Prime, after which mass production will be launched. The estimated cost of the car is $165 thousand.[1]
