At the end of December, 2019 in Russia badges with microphones for automatic speech analysis of employees by means of technologies of "Yandex" began to be on sale. Devices under the name Voca.Badge are developed by Voca.Tech company in cooperation with " Yandex.cloud ".
The electronic badge writes the speech in the audiofile and through Wi-fi network transfers him to " Yandex.cloud " where there is a recognition of a voice and its conversion to the text by means of Yandex SpeechKit technology. The last distinguishes names of drugs, types of fuel, elements of sports equipment and other words.
Affirms that the gadget is capable to work without recharge within 12 hours and to recognize the speech even at extraneous noises — for example, during testing in the airport waiting room the device correctly defined not less than 80% of words.
Development is focused on use by the staff of large shops. Thanks to them the employer will be able to control, how politely and effectively the worker communicates with the client. The program fixes how complete information about goods is provided by the employee and also whether competently he states the thoughts, whether uses filler words, etc.
According to the Russian legislation, the employer can perform an audio recording of a talk of employees only with their permission.
The cost of Voca.Badge is 9.5 thousand rubles. In the future smart badges will be offered the companies in lease at the price from 999 up to 2499 rubles a month. Rates will include licenses for management of badges, analytics and recognition from 30% prior to 100% of a talk.
By the end of December, 2019 the Voca.Tech company implemented about 40 pilot projects on use smart beydzhev with the large companies from such areas as a telecom, the real estate, the banking sector and pharmacology.[1]
